Ranchlands Children Come First Association is a non-profit program in Calgary, Alberta with a board of directors who oversee and make decisions in the program regarding philosophy, programs, staffing administration, and guidance.

A variety of programs are offered such as a Preschool and Out of School Care Program at the Ranchlands location and Out of School Care Programs at:
