2 months’ written notice on the first of the month is required to withdraw your child from the program. The written notice must include the day you wish to leave the program, the name of your child, location your child attends, the date you sent the note along with a parents signature.

If you give 2 months’ written notice your deposit will be returned to you after your fee for the last month of care clears the bank and that there are no outstanding fees owing such as NSF or late fee charges. Parents who do not give 2 months’ notice will forfeit their deposit and the fees for that month. We would like the opportunity to complete an exit review when you leave the program.
